Try Casacabe before you buy

Casacabe is a paid desktop app. We do not offer a time-limited trial download today. Here is how you can evaluate it honestly before you spend $129.

1. See the real app

Our app tour uses actual screenshots from Casacabe on Mac. Same screens you get after purchase. No mockups. No stock photos. No demo video with fake numbers.

Walk through the dashboard, sales, expenses, invoices, reports, staff, and settings screens. If the layout and workflow match how you think about your restaurant, you are on the right track.

2. Read what it does and does not do

Check the full features page and the "what v1 does not include" section. Key limits to know upfront:

  • No automatic sync with Toast, Square, or QuickBooks
  • No multi-location or franchise rollups
  • No payroll tax filing or direct deposit
  • Desktop only — no phone or tablet app

If you need live POS sync or enterprise features, Casacabe v1 is not the right tool. Better to know that now than after purchase.

3. Check your system

Review system requirements for Mac and Windows. Casacabe runs locally and works offline after install. You need macOS 11+ or Windows 10+ with about 200 MB free disk space.

4. Ask us before checkout

5. Buy and run your real numbers

After purchase you install on your machine and enter your actual restaurant data. Use it through a full week of service and see if the workflow fits how you run your backoffice.

Why no free trial file?

We are a small team at launch. A trial build adds support load we cannot cover well at this stage. The combination of real screenshots, honest feature limits, and email Q&A is our evaluation process. We think it is fairer than a crippled demo that hides the limits.
